THANKS TO ALL THAT ATTENDED STYAL FESTIVAL LAST SUMMER. WE HOPE THIS YEARS WILL BE AS GOOD AGAIN AND THE COMMITTEE WILL BE PLEASED FOR ANY NEW IDEAS ON THE SPORTING, FAMILY THEME OR LIVE MUSIC THEMES.
Styal Beer Festival 2010 Friday 16th and Saturday 17th July
Styal Football Club, Altrincham Road, Styal is the venue for STYAL BEER FESTIVAL 17th and 18th July 2010, a celebration of Beers with an emphasis on Locally Brewed Beers with Cheshire cider also being served. A soft drinks service is also available.
A quality selection of wine will also be available.
Catering at the Festival for both days is open for tender.
Tickets will be available in advance (May/June) from Styal FC sponsors, participating in our Beer Festival Ticket scheme and from the club. The best way to guarantee entry at the festival is to buy your ticket in advance. Local parking is available and this is listed on the site but why not use the services of our local taxi partner, Lynx? The convenient railway stations at Manchester Airport and Wilmslow which are just a 5 minute taxi ride from the event venue. We will again try and arrange some special rates with the Premier Inn.
CRICKET EVENT
Our corporate cricket 20/20 event takes place on Friday 16th July for the prestigious 'Styalford' Trophy.
FOOTBALL EVENT
The 5 a side football competition is on Saturday 17th July with 24 teams competing for the Styal Masters Trophy.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON IS FAMILY AFTERNOON
As well as having the football going on; bring the kids, have a stroll around Styal, visit Quarry Bank Mill and Styal woods. There will also be entertainment for the kids running alongside the Beer Festival. Bouncy Castle and weather permitting giant slide

After a stunning performance at Nantwich Jazz Festival, and as a break from a busy schedule with her new self-titled band, stunning Cheshire singer/songwriter/guitarist Chloë Chadwick will be performing a one-off acoustic performance at Styal Beer Festival on Friday 24th July as part of a duo with her bassist Nick Bayes. Saturday Night
Local Band Whatever will perform. Whatever! are one of Manchester’s premier rock/indie covers bands playing venues and corporate functions across the North West.
